The Ice House, sits 20 feet from Lake Winnipesaukee's shore and was the original ice house for the estate in 1906. It was constructed in the post and beam design style and has been modernized and renovated to feature a fully equipped kitchen - including a microwave and dishwasher, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a wood stove in the living area. The living area opens onto a large deck facing the lake. The Ice House can accommodate up to 9 people, family style sleeping.
