The Court House is located approximately 150 feet from the lake next to the clay tennis court and perennial gardens. It features two levels of living space.

The ground floor contains two bedrooms, (one with a king and the other with 2 twin beds), a full bath, a fully equipped kitchen (including microwave and dishwasher), a living room with a wood stove and a full dining room. The large living area has a sofa, love seat and chair, and large slider doors that open onto a deck with a gas grill.

The upper level contains three rooms with queen size beds. It also has a full bath and half bath and a lounge area with a couch. The second floor has a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig Coffee maker. The large outside upper level deck with table and chairs provides a relaxing view of the entire estate.
